
A
50 % deposit is required before the design process commences.
All symbols required must be specified when placing the order.
Any additional symbols or content not specified in the pre-design/ordering
phase may be subject to an additional charge.
Once the initial draft has been provided for approval, clients
may submit up to 5 separate revisions before additional design charges are applicable.
Approval or feedback for each draft must be provided within
1 (one) week of the revised presentations.
Final revisions must be provided within 30 days
of placing the order. If no response is obtained within 30
days of presentation, ABC Graphic reserves the right to suspend
the order and retain the design deposit.
Approvals are final. After receiving approval of the design
drafts, any additional changes or modifications are subject
to a hourly design charges.
Outstanding balances are due upon approval of the final draft.
Clients retain full license to reproduce and implement the
logo in its entirety and configuration. ABC retains Copyrights & intellectual property rights to all
symbols and elements contained within its logos. Duplication,
replication and/or reproduction of these are subject to copyright
infringements and liable to legal prosecution.
Artwork
is provided in a “production ready” or flat
state. The native “layered” files for each logo
remain the intellectual property of ABC Graphic and may be purchased for
an additional fee.
Rush orders are subject to a premium rate of $100, depending on the
existing work volume and urgency of the requirement.
